I am writing today to encourage you to support “the Constitutional option” to end the Democrat minority’s unprecedented abuse of the filibuster to block President Bush’s judicial nominees. The constitutional obligation of the Senate is to provide the “advice and consent” of judicial nominees and every nominee deserves an up-or-down vote.

The Constitutional option has been used by Democrat Senators in the past. While they used it for obstruction the Republican majority will be using it to restore the precedent of a fair up-or-down vote for a President’s nominees.
